Designer's Image Hardwood Floors

The company was running a special and we decided to purchase the deal. The deal we purchased was 500 sq ft of floor refinishing. They said that any additional square footage over 500 would be $2.50/sq ft. We had them come out to measure and give an estimate for the total job. They showed up on time, but the estimate was not delivered when promised. I had to call to finally get it, then his computer wasn't working so he gave it to me over the phone and didn't email it to me for another couple weeks. In the estimate I was charged $3.50 for every sq. ft. in addition to the 500 we had already purchased at the discounted rate. This was a great deal, but I absolutely did not want someone I couldn't trust doing this big of a job. This, in my opinion, is not an honest company looking to please their customers. I would not recommend using this company.

It was a joyfull experience from the first day they showed up they have a great sense of humor where very professional and very clean cut. From the estimate to the final day they made this transformation to my home VERY easy they started by ripping up the carpet and tac strip then they hooked up there machines and vacums sanded till lunch showed me different colors talked about the way each color complimented my room,came back after lunch finished sanding then stained my floor.I went with there dust free sanding which was a small upcharge and I must say it is well worth every penny (very impressive).On days two and three they where on time to apply the clear finish which is a neat process to watch.They awnsered all questions of maintaning and cleaning of my floor.
