I would give them about a B rating because they are in the middle of a transition right now. I think they are changing management and things are changing to the better. Their price is close to the competitors but I think they are all expensive.

They tend to drop the garbage cans in the flower beds. They skip pick ups occasionally, and don't come back when they say they will.

They are punctual and courteous. They are always there if we need them for additional service. We will continue to use them again in the future.

It is nothing special, just put it out by the curb once a week thing. I've been using them for 7 years. They have been great and I haven't had any problems with them. Their pricing is fair.

They seem to be good. My overall experience with them has been good. They're professional, responsive and punctual.

I put the trash out every week and they pick it up every week. I’ve never had a problem and they’ve never missed a pick-up. Deffenbaugh calls ahead of time if there will be a later pick up day for a particular week due to holidays. If I put out extra trash they have had no problem picking it up. It’s been generally a positive experience with them.

We've just moved in to a new house. I haven't used a whole lot of service providers. But I knew I was going to. That's why I found them through Angie's List.

They pick up my garbage. They leave my cans where they're supposed to be. They do a good job. I would recommend them. They seem to be very professional. If I need them, I would use them.

They suck. They are expensive and unprofessional. They throw the trash cans in the middle of the drive way.

My recollection is that they no longer service Lee’s Summit where I live, but I have been a long-time customer, so they have grandfathered me in.

When they dump the garbage and recycling materials in the truck, if something falls on the ground they pick it up; I have had other companies that did not do that. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

I dislike that they do not do glass, and they require such large containers. But they are dependable.

They are good but I wish they would go back to doing glass. If I could use somebody else I would, I don't like that they are laying people off.

They come once a week. They do our basic household trash, recycle and do the lawn. They are prompt and friendly.

.We are happy with the service they provide. I really don't have any problems. The only thing that would help is if they would come the same time each week. Sometimes I will still have trash in the bottom of my can and with the recycling sometimes if something falls our they will leave it laying there . But we just got a new barrel to use for the recycling with a lid so hopefully that will help.

It is fairy routine and on time. There are no messes.

My husband is happy with the price and they messed up one time.

They are paid for by our homes owners association. They are good in being responsive, punctual and professional.

They are contracted by our home association. They are the biggest one in Kansas City. Within the last year or so, they have upgraded their stuff. We all got new trash bins. One is for recycling and the other for trash. I have put in the do’s and don’ts on my refrigerator. It is all automated. They are very good. Before trash used to sit up to 4 o’ clock in the afternoon, they are here by 8:30 or 9 o’clock every Thursday, their designated day. Before it used to be guys running and picking up the trash and dumping it, but now we have little arms coming out of the truck and picking up the trash bins and dump it and put it back on the ground. My overall experience is excellent. They are great. The quality of work is very good. At first they had provided huge bins. I called them up and they replaced it with new smaller ones. The nice thing is I can talk to a person who will talk to me rather than a robot call. I would use them in the future.

They do good service with recycling program. I pay $300 a year.

It’s been fine. We don’t have anything to compare it to. They’re regular and we haven’t had any problems with them. I don’t know whether we have any choices in our trash collection but they’ve been fine.
