Description of Work: Raised prices twice in 3 mos, reduced truck personnel from 3 to 1 with an automated arm. Trash that is bagged per instructions are regularly left behind. Random items that fall away are always left behind. Neighbors have had to fax copies of contract to the company because the company states they do not have records of their yard debree agreements. Sub standard.

Description of Work: Deffenbaugh has consistently provided quality service, and customer service in person and over the phone has been great. Although they are slightly higher priced then a competitor in the area, the level of service and superb customer service reps has made it well worth it.

 + -1 moreWE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRICE OR THE COMPANY PICKING UP OUR TRASH. THEY PICKED UP MOST ITEMS IF WE LEFT THEM IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY DID ARRIVE EARLY IN THE MORNING, SO YOU HAD TO SET OUT TRASH THE NIGHT BEFORE, AND SOMETIMES THE GARBAGE TRUCK SOUNDS WOKE YOU UP.
