UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I SPOKE TO CYNTHIA AND SCHEDULED A CLEANING FOR THE TUESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD CALL BACK TO CONFIRM HER TIME OF ARRIVAL. WHEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HER I SPENT A WHOLE DAY TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH (NO ANSWERING MACHINE). I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HER ON MONDAY EVENING. SHE DID NOT RETURN THE CALL AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON TUESDAY. THAT LEFT ME STUCK PREPARING DINNER FOR 30 AND CLEANING THE HOUSE. I WAS DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
