Cut Rate Hauling Co

For months I had been getting bids for the removal of a long existing wrought iron fence that surrounded the front half of our property. The fence was approximately 6 feet high and 60 feet long. All these estimates were unimaginably varied, ranging from almost $4000 to $700. I had looked at all combinations of options from having one service for taking it out and a separate service for a dumpster or hauling and I had also priced having single vendors to the entire project. No matter where I turned it seemed it was going to be a complicated, lengthy and prohibitively expensive process.Then came my lucky day. I called Cut Rate Hauling and Junk Removal, which I'd found on Google and looked them up on Angie's List. Wow!!! Everything customers were saying about Eric Fuller and his company made me feel his service was one I was interested in using.Then I called Eric for an estimate. I gave him a very accurate description of the hauling work I wanted done, because I knew this fence was HEAVY!!! Eric immediately gave me a very reasonable estimate for hauling it away AND then said that if I still hadn't decided on a company to remove it that he would be happy to come and look at it and give me a price to do the whole project. I happily agreed. He told me he would arrive after he finished up the worksite he was at and that he'd call me about a half an hour before he would arrive. Sure enough, later that day Eric called, asked me if it was a good time to swing by. When he arrived he quickly assessed the fencing removal job and what it would entail and gave me an bid of $400. That was at least $300 less than any of my other combined or single bids or estimates. Since I knew from his reports on Angie's List that he was very highly reviewed I decided to say "Yes!".Within 2 hours Eric had that fence out AND was hauling it away!!!!!!!He and his assistant, Samantha were friendly, courteous and upbeat the entire time they were working and their teamwork was great to watch!!

Eric has a great work ethic and is very responsive.

I had received information other hauing companies with very expensive quotes. Eric's quote was extremely reasonable, and he even lowered his price upon arrival to adjust for my more distant location as he had been close to me on another job that same day. He immediately responded to my call, set a date to come within just a few days, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

Looked on Angies list and called Cut-rate Junk Removal to haulk away the old fence that I had replaced. Eric told me that he would come buy in about 3 hours to give me a bid. He arrived on time and gave me a bid that was half the price of the franchise junk removal guys. I accepted the bid and he had everything loaded and on his way in about 30 minutes. I will use him again next time I need discard a large amount of items

I set up a time for Eric to look at our stuff and provide an estimate. After taking a look at what I wanted to have removed, he provided separate estimates for junk only and for junk & brush removal. The total price was only a few dollars more than what was budgeted, so we opted for the whole kit 'n kaboodle. Eric and his helper got right to work moving the junk out of the house, then made quick work of the out-of-control brush. They weren't able to get everything -- we didn't realize until they tried to move the old toilet in the basement that it was still attached to the concrete -- but I'm *very* pleased with the cost of his services for the amount of stuff that was hauled away (wow, I didn't realize that we had so much JUNK!). From start to finish, Eric was friendly & pleasant. I would definitely contact him for any future hauling needs.

I got them from Angie's List. They were very good. They were fairly punctual and did what they said they were going to do at a reasonable price. The people who came out were fine.

Eric and his team were able to start the job a day earlier than expected. And did a phenomenal job of tearing off my old deck and other back yard stuff in preparation for a new patio. Man do those guys work hard! I will definitely use Eric again for any future demo work or just plane hauling stuff away.

Eric was very responsive on the phone, kept his commitments and advised he was running late. Quickly surveyed items to be removed and then began to remove them. Very personable and professional. Good experience.

Called several Angie's List leads. Eric immediately quoted an attractive price and gave me a specific time -- no drama. I had failed to make him aware of the mattress size (heavier tempurpedic pieces) so he had to arrange for extra help and raise the price somewhat. It was all done matter-of-factly and still a reasonable price. He arrived at the pick-up and drop-off locations on schedule, moved the pieces up stairs without fuss or damage, and was very personable throughout.

Eric is a superb business owner. I called to have a 50+ year old wooden shed taken down and a brush pile cleaned up that had accumulated over the past 16 years. When I initially called Eric answered was polite and informative, we scheduled a time for him to come look at the job and to give a bid. We set it up for him to come on a Saturday morning and he was on time, courtiers and through about the details of the job. Next we set up the date for him to do the work. Again, on the date we selected to have the job done he arrived promptly, did exactly what was discussed and within the specified time frame. In this day and age it is important to know that there are folks I can count on. Eric is a stand-up man who honors his handshake! I felt like he earned his bid over and above and so I tipped him and his worker another $50. He will definitely be the first phone call from here on out when I need hauling, moving or any other similar service.

Eric was courteous on the phone. He was punctual and everyone worked fast. He did a great job cleaning up and his charge was reasonable. I would use his service again.

They arrive as scheduled, and complete work efficiently and within expected time frames. Overall, the work went great, and they were a pleasure to have around.

We are moving from a house we lived in for fourteen years. A lot of "stuff" accumulates in that much time. We chose this company because of the glowing reviews given by other Angie's list members. We were not disappointed. Eric and Aaron showed up and went right to work loading what we had pulled out to get rid of. They were efficient and very personable. Aaron even swept our garage! I would highly recommend this company!

Eric and his crew arrived on time, got to work hauling all the stuff up from the basement, loaded it onto the trailer and were gone in about an hour. Lots of work in a very short time.

Eric was very cordial and quick to come by my home for an estimate. He brought his trailer along and loaded up the small pile of brush debris and removed junk from the inside of the shed, freeing up about one third of the space. He was great to work with on this small project. It was quick from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use Eric in the future. Thanks again for your help!

Eric (and later that day, his associate, Brian) spent all morning helping me go through my out -of -control cluttered garage! He filled up his trailer, went to drop that stuff off, grab lunch, and was back to finish the clean-out within an hour or two! My husband and I had boxes from our move to this house 6 years ago, and several boxes from his parent's home (after his mom passed away) in Omaha! A lot of it was really hard to go through, he is an only child, so the job to clean up their house was all on us. It was so great having Eric and Brian there to help me go through each box! Most of the time, it became really emotionally overwhelming for me, so he would bring me boxes and items he thought maybe we might want, and either helped me organize it to examine later, or happily toss it in his trailer. They had such patience and compassion when it came to things that brought back a wash of memories, it was like they were sent to save us from being buried under all that stuff. Like I said, it was a very emotional day that they pulled me through to the other side (and ultimately my husband and 2 daughters), so we could start living OUR lives! By the time they left, around 4pm, they had filled the trailer up again! Some of it was junk, like old seat cushions, a water bed frame, etc...but also some larger items such as my grandpa's riding lawn mower, and 3 super old vacuum cleaners! I don't even know if they realize what they have given back to us, because to them, it seems second nature to just be really thoughtful and empathetic. Later that evening, I realized there were a couple of items I gave him in error, but nothing sentimental. I gave him a call to ask him to drop them back by if he happened to run across them. Not only did he call me the next day to let me know he had found those items, but he said he also found my husband's dad's class ring, and some other important items! It seemed as though he dropped everything to bring that stuff back, and it was just beyond any expectation I could EVER have had! Truly, he and Brian were just a God-send! I urge anyone in a similar situation to call Eric. He isn't just there to "get the job done so he can go on break"...he is there to save you, if you let him!

Eric and his helper did a great job! These guys worked very hard and were fast, and the type of contractor you want to hire again and again! Cut Rate's price was lower then the others and the service was better! These guys will always get my business.

Excellent. Both men were careful of the house, clean, and worked very fast. I would use them again without reservation.

I called Eric about 12 pm and he was in the area on another job. He went and grabbed lunch and came by around 2 pm. He and his crew were very friendly and quick and they cleaned up all the little tiny debris before leaving. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them again for any other debris removal in the future. He also gave me a quote on cutting some overhanging trees back that are getting too close to the house.

Eric was very prompt giving an estimate and provided great service. They did a very good job with the demo and cleaned the area. He even offered to bring some dirt to fill in the area - but it wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend his company and would use them again.

Eric Fuller and his staff are amazing - and SO good-natured! They arrived promptly and worked quickly, diligently, and efficiently. Our basement has an odd, narrow circular staircase, but they took great care to avoid hurting the walls. They also vacuumed up afterwards. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Once we got our schedues in sync he did the job and was friendly and very respctful of my property.

Overall experience was excellent. There was a prompt response to my initial call and all work was completed without delay.
