Eric and his partner came to move the treadmill from the basement to the family room. They came when they said they would, they carried it upstairs and left within 10 minutes. A quick, fast efficient job.

This all went very smoothly. Eric, owner of the company, and a partner, were very courteous, punctual, and careful with all the furnished surroundings. They took off their shoes upon entering the house, so as not to dirty any floors. They had to remove a huge two-piece water softening unit with one piece weighing about 200 pounds or so. Eric and his partner were very careful to slowly move the unit so as to not bump or mar any walls, doors, or woodwork. We really appreciated this-- as this unit was back in the basement and they had to move it upstairs and across a foyer to our front door. We would highly recommend Eric and his company Cut Rate hauling for any hauling or disposal needs.

Eric was very responsive and professional. I totally appreciate a professional hauling company who can work with me and my family as we transition from season to season, When you just get tired of accumulating "stuff"...you can put it in your driveway and Eric and his team take it all away. What a great feeling.

Eric and his crew showed up right on time and started carrying stuff from each room, filling my garage. They started filling their truck. once there was more room in the garage they started helping me with getting everything out of the basement. I had multiple shelving units, bookcases and old dressers. They made the most use of the truck's hauling space by breaking apart the shelves, tables and bookcases so they'd stack flat and get more in the same space. They even helped me carry 2 tables up from the basement to where I'm going to use them in the house. The extra stuff that didn't fit in the truck, they neatly piled in the garage and Eric came back and picked that up in his van later that evening.

I liked working with Cut Rate Hauling. I thought that the way that it was listed was not very intuitive. I had to go through hoops to get there. The service itself was great. I would use them again in the future. I thought that the price was good.

I reached Eric Fuller, the owner of Cut Rate Hauling, on the phone to get an estimate for hauling away an old cast iron tub that I had extracted from my bathroom. I feel the $40.00 price was very reasonable given the weight of the cast iron tub. The price included coming into the house to remove it. Eric came with a helper. The two of them were quick and efficient. The only mark against Eric was that I felt he was overly enthusiastic about enlisting my help in spreading the word about his business. I don't have a problem with telling others about superior service I have received, but I'd rather do it on my own accord rather than having the owner discuss for several minutes all of the ways I could help him drum up business. Having said that, I consider this to be a minor ding on the professionalism. Everything else about the service, from the initial phone call to the completion of the service, was top notch.

Eric called back the next day and told me he would come by in a couple of days. He did. He hauled away an heavy double sofa bed and some other junk from my garage. He was friendly and worked fast and efficiently

Very smooth. The only problem was that they delivered a chair that I have that comes apart, and they didn't put it back together.

Eric had arranged to do the work on Monday but it rained so he rescheduled for Thursday of the same week to come out. About the time he was due to arrive, it began raining again. A lot of the concrete would have to be hauled by wheelbarrow up the hill in my yard but Eric said he didn't want to make me wait to get it done so they hauled it...in the rain... in the dark (it was after 6pm and due to the rain, the sun was gone fast). They made sure to get all of what I wanted them to take. He and his helper both were very pleasant considering the conditions.

The manager was very professional and kept me well informed what the time frame we had for the day. He helped me with moving some other things that I didn't ask him to. They were a great company and I would look at using them again if necessary.

I called Eric to get a rough cost. Rough cost was OK and he was able to come within 1 hour.

Wonderfully. He and his assistance worked quickly and made sure they picked up all the debris.

I had a Lazy-Boy recliner to be taken away and for various reasons the local charities did not want to come get it. I called Cut Rate Hauling and Eric answered right away, gave me an estimate and when I told him I would like him to come get it, he asked if he could drop by and pick it up as he was about 15 minutes away. I was very glad that he was in the neighborhood and willing to come by because I had been trying for about 2 weeks to get rid of it. He and Jameson were there within the 15 minutes and had the chair out of my home in a very short time. Both gentlemen were very nice and friendly and yet very professional. He gave me a senior discount. I was very pleased with both gentlemen and the quick, efficient way they worked.

Eric was very professional, quick on the job and responsive.

Eric came by and gave me a free estimate and showed up on time the scheduled day. He spent about 2 hours + hauling debris building material; raked and hauled some limbs and also some miscellaneous junk I had from my basement. Eric and one worker did all the work and was polite and did a great job. We reviewed all the work that was done before he left.I will use Eric again.

Eric answered his phone when I called. He listened to all my questions and concerns, and addressed them without hesitation. I was unable to be at home at our appointment time, but, he said, don't worry, that he would take care of everything. I was very pleased when I returned home, you see, I had asked him for two estimates, one to just remove the debris, and two removing the debris and take down a couple of limbs that were ready to break. Eric did it all for the price of just removing the debris. The yard looks great the tree looks great, and I could not be more happy. He is one hard working guy! I will call him again for sure!

They were very good at what they do. They moved the heavy items upstairs with ease. I guess the actual owner was one of the men doing the work, and he was very polite and courteous. He even recommended someone for the other work we needed done.

Mr. Fuller came by when he said he would. He was professional, friendly and fast. He knew his competition and was priced slightly lower.
