Description of Work: They moved some large pieces of furniture from one house to another in Platte county. We had already moved most of our stuff in ours cars and just had a few things (Beds, a couch and and an armoire) that we couldn't fit in our cars so we didn't need a traditional moving service. I found this company in Angie's list and based on other reviews decided to give them a try. The actual work was quick and except for a little dirt on a beige slipcovered couch, damage free. Eric was very willing to work with me and I would use the company again if needed.

This is a good example of why we do not have a minimum charge.Most junk removal franchises have a 90.00 base charge.So in your case with only one bird bath to have hauled away it would not make sense to pay 90.00 for that.Heck we probably spent the 30.00 in gas but the next time you call us it could be more of a job so the most important thing is now you know about us and our fairness and can pass that information along to others.Thanks again for the call.

I really got a laugh when I read how I didn't need any advice well I guess after years of doing the same thing it becomes natural to be honest with my pricing and to ultimately save the customer money over those big franchise company's. I would like to thank you for your service to our community working at K.U.hospital I'm sure is much more stressful than my line of work It was funny how you knew the doctor that saved my fingers after my lawn mower accident in 1994. Fantastic.
Description of Work: I had some old furniture that I needed hauled away and Eric came the next day. When he got to my house, he and his helper carried the heavy stuff up from the basement and into their truck. I saw a couple more pieces that I wanted to add to the load and Eric was very willing, at a reasonable cost, to take the additional chair and dresser. They were on time and took no more than 15 minutes. He was polite and very easy to work with.
