Description of Work: This company does work for Sears. I contacted Sears to arrange for a repair on our refrigerator. They assigned it to this company. No one showed up. I took the afternoon off of work to be here. I finally called Sears and they gave me the contact information for this company. I called and got voicemail. No call back
