Conner De Los Santos was one of the most professional painters I've ever used. He was timely and polite. All his employees worked at a top notch quality.

The work was completed in one day as promised. The crew chief was easy to work with. There were a few areas on the ceilings that needed touch up after the crew left. Overall, we were highly satisfied.

Things when pretty well I was hoping to have better coverage on the back of my garage, but I was told with one coat, as bad as the wood had been let go 1 coat may come out looking a little thin, but I knew this going in... I'm satisfied with what I paid for.....Prep work and clean up was great cualk wad applied where needed, I was walk around each night and shown what had been done and what the plan was for the next day.

Went really well. They all worked together and got a lot done in a days time. Conner Santos had everything planned out well.

They provided us with a bid, showed up to match our paint (it was a perfect match) and arrived on time daily. It took two days for them to complete their work, cleaned up their mess and walked around with us daily. They made sure we were completely happy when they left and also assured us that they would return if we ran into anything later that was not done correctly. It was a grand experience.

Katelynn and her crew started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday afternoon. They were fantastic. They painted everyday, they started early in the morning and finished about supper time. Everyday when they finished, everything was picked up and put away out of site. We had a walk around everyday to see what they needed to do the next day or things that they might have missed or just something that we might have wanted differently. When Katelynn wasn't there the other 2 on the job knew exactly what to do and did it without any questions. I would use College Works Painting again when the occasion arises! The workers came on schedule and were consistent in their efforts. Very personable. Isaiah Richardson with College Works is very thorough and explained everything in detail. Isaiah is a naturally likeable person even though he goes to KState and we are Jayhawks. Rock Chalk!

Went great. Came when they said they would be here. Got it done in a timely manner. (Same day). Cleaned up when they were finished. We were impressed with Lane Hassenplug"s professionalism when he came to make a cold call and came back to do the deck. All in all a very good experience.

Went great. They started early in the morning and was done by the evening completely with the job. My husband walked around the house with the Manager, Isaiah Richardson, to make sure we were happy before he left. They worked very hard in the heat and we are very happy with the final project.

The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. I asked for touch ups and the provider came back when I needed him to and did the touch ups. My home looks great! Thank you for the service.

It went very well. The workers were courteous, professional and puntual. They were all very considerate of my situation as a recent widow.

We worked with Colton Droge. Great guy. Very trustworthy and punctual. He even stayed late to work on the house himself after his crew had to leave at 5pm. I strongly recommend working with him.

This was the beginning of a nightmare. The guy Jon showed up to look at our house and give estimates. Jon was a very personable guy. We both liked him. Unfortunately he said they did not do Gutters and we needed them done also. Jon gave us an estimate on that same day. But he did have a guy that could do gutters and so we had the gutter guy come out also and measure etc. He sent us an estimate a few days later. So we liked what we saw and hired them both. We gave the gutter guy a check for half the cost for the gutter job It was supposed to coordinate between the 2 guys. The gutter guy was supposed to show up a day or two before the painters to take old gutters off. The painters were supposed to come paint and then after that , the gutter guy would come back and add the new guttering. At the beginning we waited from April to September and no one had done anything. We finally called Jon wondering when this job might start. All of a sudden Jon showed up with his crew, but no gutter guy first. To try and make a long story shorter. The first crew finished in 3 days basically, and we immediately knew it was awful. They were very unprofessional. So we called the main company in CA and sent them pictures and complained. The had never bothered to scrape the paint off before they had painted. It was a very bad job. we even had neighbors commenting. Then Jon showed back up with another crew, and then yet another crew. Ended up over 3 weeks to paint my small ranch. Jon would have trouble keeping a crew and the first crew I believed sabotaged it on purpose because they showed back up one day and knocked at my door and said they could fix everything and quoted me a price. Meanwhile talking bad about Jon and blaming him for their shoddy work. Our house ended up being painted 3 times. And it still has places that are bad. Still no gutter guy, almost a year later. We had to file a complaint with the Attorney General. Still no new gutters. Turned out the gutter guy lived by Jon. He just took our money and ran. That is where we stand now. It was a bad experience. We waited all this time for them to make it rightnand that was why it took so long to write a review. But spring is here not and we hate to see other people getting scammed...

It was a branch or a chain. They had gone through the neighborhood and they gave us an estimate on the house and we had went with them. When we looked them up there were some reviews but it was for the southern part of the city and not the northern but they were not very good at all. There's different groups of it. The headquarters sounded like they were in Florida and then they would have these guys who were the managers of the different regions. There was a different region that we thought was going to paint our house but it was a different name. When they did our house they did just a lousy job. The manager that we dealt with was named Jacob Stull. He had two other painters and we had assumed they had been trained on how to paint. They spray painted the house. They basically didn't put drop clothes down on anything so they spray painted part of our dark hardwood deck the same color as the house where you could see the mist from the spray had just gotten all over everything. It was all over our lawn furniture, it was all over the deck. It's on some of the windows. It rained a lot that week and some days they would come and paint as fast as they could and it would rain on what they painted so we don't know if that's going to chip or what. And then the trim on the front, it was like a 5th grader had painted it. It looked so bad. They didn't even stay in the lines of the board. It was so sloppy. They said they sprayed but we know they didn't because you could walk over to the wall and just peel the paint right off where the old paint was still coming up. They said they had washed everything and then painted it but we know that is not true because there was a place where there was bird poop on the wall and they had just painted over it. We had to complain two or three times. They kept coming back to fix their mistakes over and over. I think we complained three or four times. Each time they would fix it and then we realized that they didn't know how to fix it at all so we just said forget it. We actually had to hire another painter to come and fix the trim it was so bad. I would say avoid them at all costs because you'll might as well pay someone else to do it or do it yourself because these guys don't know what they're doing.
