+ -1 moreIN THE FIVE YEARS THAT BUILT-MORE HAS MAINTAINED THE FORTY-FOOT POOL IN OUR COMMON AREA, WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CLOSED FOR POOL CONDITIONS AND ALWAYS HAVE PASSED OUR CITY INSPECTION WITH FLYING COLORS. IT ALWAYS IS BLUE, CLEAR AND INVITING. WE HAVE A NUMBER OF VERY FINICKY OWNERS HERE AND THEY ALL ARE HAPPY WITH THE WAY OUR POOL IS KEPT. AS PRESIDENT OF OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION BOARD, THIS MAKES MY JOB MUCH EASIER. MARK AND BRETT ALWAYS RESPOND QUICKLY TO ANY CONCERNS AND HEAD OFF ANY POSSIBLE PROBLEMS BEFORE THEY ARISE.
Description of Work: SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR CONDOMINIUMS; ALSO HAS PERFORMED EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS.
