They went beyond what I expected. Before trying to sell me anything, they checked to see if my water heater was under warranty. It wasnâ t, but they checked without me even asking. Then they gave me a fair price and installed it the same day. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Outstanding and punctual service! Worked with Erick at Arcadia. He was quick and efficient and got several jobs done right including following up to make sure that the water pressure was set correctly. I like the fact that he was flexible and able to fix multiple things across the board from furnace to plumbing. Have not found a job yet that Arcadia won't take with friendly responsive service. There was an initial service fee of $75 that I thought was going to go away as long as we used their service. I guess I was wrong about that expectation. Other than that they rate a 5 overall!
