Adam Anderson is a great remodeler. He totally stays booked up by "word of mouth", but I think the KC community should know about him. He does beautiful tile work and painting. He is meticulous in the details. He redid both our tiny bathrooms (think 1950's). Not an easy space to work in. In one bathroom he refinished the floors, walls, put in a new ceiling fan, medicine cabinet and sink, redid the toilet, painted the walls and ceiling. In the other he did the same plus new vanity, new shower doors. He redid our kitchen floor and put in a new sink. He is a Master of Tile. Just a note: He only does the work. You have to get all the stuff for him to work with. He is a person with core integrity. You can trust him to do what he says he will do at the price he quotes. He guarantees his work. He gets the job done and does not string your project along for weeks at a time. He was here at the same time every day and closed at the same time and he works those hours for all they are worth. Lastly: He has a great attitude. He likes what he does and he is a smart guy on many levels. Every day he came in with a "good morning" attitude.
