+ -1 moreThe company owner was very rude in our last conversation. After I asked him if what I had just discussed with him made sense, he said ''No and I don't feel comfortable doing this work.'' I said ''OK''. He continued, ''I don't like working with KCP&L and I don't feel comfortable doing this work and I'm not going to do this work.'' Again, all I said was ''OK''--I could tell that he was angry. He said again that he wasn't going to do the work. He was speaking rapidly and not giving me much chance to speak. I said ''OK--Good bye''. He then said ''I'm tired of wasting my F...ing time'' (you know the word I am not spelling out); as I hung up the phone. I did nothing to provoke this man--if he did not want to work in MO, I gave him the opportunity to say so upfront; in our very first phone conversation. Irregardless, this was very unprofessional behavior and I would not recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: No work was performed. Mr. Belknap submitted an estimate for $3988 for upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp; plus to add in 6 new circuits. We had already discussed whether he was licensed to work in Missouri (where I live) and he said he would have to work with KCP&L and I acknowledged this. He further said he had ''seen it all'' and didn't need to look things over before he did an estimate. I believe he may have came and looked at the outside of the house--but he never met with me. I subsequently provided additional information and asked (in a fax) if he needed to redo the estimate to also include fixing 6 electrical junctions previously made without a junction box. His new estimate included $1320 for adding in items that already existed and I called him to explain what was actually needed. After talking for a minute or two, I asked him if this made sense? He subsequently became angry with absolutely no provoking from me.

+ -1 moreTHE GUYS FROM AB ARE VERY HELPFUL. FIXED OUR PROBLEM FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY POSSIBLE. ALWAYS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: BATHROOM OUTLETS WERE NOT WORKING. THEY GOT THEM WORKING AGAIN. ANOTHER TIME THEY CHANGED OUR OUTDOOR LIGHTS.
