 + -1 moreI guess it went OK, supposedly have no active termites. A follow-up call would have been appreciated. He had a chance to earn my future business but never heard from him again.
Description of Work: I found termites in an old stump under my deck, so I called Curt's Pest Control to do an inspection. I had a friend here as I could not get off work soon enough, so by the time I got home, Curt was gone. He did leave a yellow invoice with " no evidence of active termites found at this time). I guess my concern is I never received a follow-up call from Curt or even a card, or letter. I was willing to have him do a regular inspection or even bug maintenance, but never heard from him since. Terms for payment was due on receipt, but my friend was here so I don't know if she paid him or not. Haven't received a bill or call so don't know.

 + -1 moreThey are great. They come out quarterly for us or whenever else I call, they will come out the next day. Everyone should be using this company because they are awesome! We have been using them since we bought our house in 2008. Curt takes it upon himself to go above and beyond pest control, if you have any problems, if he can't solve it, he will tell you who to go with. I completely trust him. If we need anything, we call Curt. He is the right guy to go with and he really cares. He is the Mike Combs of pest control. He's a great guy and we adore him.
Description of Work: He did our quarterly maintenance and our annual termite inspection.

 + -1 moreCurt is really great. He is very flexible with scheduling and very available. He's even helped me do an emergency fix on my fence when my husband was away. He always shows up, he's very reliable.

 + -1 moreCurt also performs our quarterly pest control maintenance and worked with us when we discovered a termite infestation after purchasing the house. Curt is super dependable and always visits with me to make sure I completely understand what he is doing and makes sure I am satisified before he leaves. He considers my dog and my toddler when doing any treatments. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone. You couldn't find a better contractor. I had to take my son to the doctor unexpectedly the morning of my appointment. I called Curt and he assured me it was no problem. He was able to do all the work without entering the house. We had stacked a lot of outdoor furniture and fencing material around the back of the house, not remembering he needed to be there. He and his assistant moved it all to do their work and then replaced everything exactly as they had found it. He walked me around the house when I returned, showing what he had done and explaining the process.
Description of Work: Anti-termite treatment done around exterior of home, including concrete drilling and trenching around the house.
