I couldn't be happier with the bathroom, and knowing that everything was done up to code and professionally really puts my mind at ease. To have a functional shower space, fantastic modern toilet, and a great vanity ( not to mention the add ons we did like a new window and between the studs storage) adds so much more than equity. I will not hesitate to hire Ben again and we are already planning our next renovation.

Ben's crew did a great job on our egress windows. The work on the inside made them look complementary to the room. The outside work required more than the initial estimate but was done with care for us as the homeowners. Most importantly, all the work was done prior to move-in and without us watching over their shoulder. It was a real pleasure to arrive and see the work done and to a competent, professional standard. Would definitely hire them again.

Went very well. Worker knew what they were doing. Each crew knew their job and completed it prior next crew. Always on time, very particular, never heard any foul language, drop clothes on floors, always cleaned-up..

I called Mr. Kitchen at 1145 am. I left a message of what I needed to have done. He returned my call at 1233pm and told me a worker would be at my home at approx 1:15pm. The worker arrived at 1:10pm. My husband and I are familiar with most of Mr. Kitchens employees and have found them to be reliable and usually on time. He explained each step as he perform the repairs. As always, he was respectable of our home. I was 100% satisfied with the repairs made.

Excellent. Bathroom remodel beautiful. Employees were professional and curteous. Bathroom remodel included completely tiled walk in shower, added window, added linen closet. New doors are beautiful. William definitely use Ben Kitchens for next project.

Very quick response. Generated fair estimate within 5 days of contact. Sent an individual the day prior to painting to patch the walls, and a crew of 4 performed the work in one day. They moved furniture, sanded walls, and applied two coats of paint. They worked very carefully and left no mess behind. Looks great.

Patio door was replaced in a day. When I came home I realized the door was opening in the opposite direction then originally discussed. When I mentioned that I expected the door to open in the other direction, the contractors were willing to change it, if that was what I wanted. They did such a good job of sealing out the cold since the door is on the north side of the house. The only problem was because the door was put in to open to the right versus originally to the left, it was really close to the patio porch pillar and the storm door would not open all the way out. Ben Kitchens followed up with me to let me know he was willing to redo the door to the way I wanted it at no additional cost to me. I decided I liked the way the door opened. After sleeping on it, and relooking at the situation, it was decided we could shave a little of the cap on the porch pillar off to allow the storm door to open better. The next day, the workers completed painting the interior trim and patched & painted the wall which received minor damage when door was installed. The workers explained that it was too cold outside to paint the outside trim but they would come back when it warms up to paint it. I LOVE my new door and how it looks. Oh, the door knob they had selected wasn't what I wanted. The workers had selected a standard door knob and dead bolt combination and I wanted a lever type of handle. They said that wasn't a problem and would get what I wanted and put it in the next day & return the other one to the store. The old shower was a stand alone which was replaced with a regular shower stall. This required some sheetrock work and painting after shower & toilet was replaced. The old tile in the basement was removed and the vinyl sheeting laid down in the laundry room and in the bathroom. Once the sheetrock was completed, there wasn't room for the light fixture to the right of the mirror. Having a light fixture on the left of the mirror and not having one on the right caused a shadow and poor lighting, therefore the light fixtures were replaced with a light fixture that went above the mirror. I had no problems with working with the contractors. They each had their specific talents and did a good job. My questions and concerns were handled professionally and in a timely fashion. I was able to trust them to do the work without me being there. I would definitely recommend Ben Kitchens Painting Co Inc. and will hire them for my next project.

I would absolutely hire Ben Kitchen's again. They did a great job on my flooring and I was very pleased with the time table, fee and overall customer service provided.

It was a very pleasant experience with Ben's Kitchen. His subcontractors were very pleasant and professional and down to earth. They went out of their way to accommodate our situation and keep us informed of every step of the process.

When I decided to have the kitchen remodeled as a Christmas present from me to me, I contacted Ben. In a matter of 2 1/2 months the remodel was completed. His team was always respectful and courteous. Numerous times I just left a note of what needed to be done and it was taken care of. I also emailed Ben with questions or concerns and he always promptly replied. The kitchen was always left clean at the end of each day. This experience has been very positive and I will use Ben again for any future projects. Of course I will refer him to everyone I know.

Excellent job - done quickly and professionally

Ben contacted me within 24 hours, he inspected the damages, provided an estimate within a few days and scheduled a date and time that would be convenient for our tenants. He discovered a leaking pipe when he began work in our basement bathroom and he stopped the work and contacted me immediately to inform me of the damages. He arranged for a plumber to come fix the problem and then finished his ceiling repairs.

It went fine. There were no problems.

rall of their American Gutters showed at a convienant time and began project immediatly. They were well equipped and knowledable in performance of their tasks. Had a delay on the installation of downspouts due to non-availabity at time of initial gutter replacemant, downspouts were installed a few days later. Overall, good work.

Carpenter showed up and assessed the situation and repaired it within 10 minutes.

The job looks fantastic! Because I couldn't find tile to match the old tile in the shower, I got a contrasting color, and the way they put it together, it looks like that's the way it was supposed to be. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice!

Ben Kitchen's installed new hardwood flooring to match my existing hardwood floors. His staff did a great Job. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I picked this company based on the referrals from my friends and of course Angie's List. I had several friends stop by during and after the installation to see the work. They may consider using Ben Kitchen?s as well. I will defiantly recommend this company to anyone. I will also use them in the future. Thank you for my awesome floors.

They were great. They were very personable and accommodating and on time.

It took a while to get them scheduled to start the project. Once started they were there when they said they would be. Did a lot of work and did it well. They kept the drywall dust to a minimum and cleaned up after each day they worked.

Ben is a very professional contractor who also has excellent people skills. I most appreciated that his team was punctual, friendly, and took great pride in their work, to include cleaning up each and every day. Ben is very quick to respond both by phone call and emails and if additional attention was needed to any aspect of the project he sent his team out pronto. He's a great guy with a great team.

The crew started on time and did an excellent job of removing old siding and ensuring new siding fit without additional space between siding slabs. They removed all debris and tried to minimize damaging the plants and grass. However, they did not do a good job of painting and sealing the head of the nails. I had to call them several times to complete that portion of the job; I ended up doing it myself. I would use BK in the near future.
