Very nice man and woman. This is the second time we have hired them to clean couches. They are very courteous and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I had All Clear Restoration for a flooded kitchen. All in all, the work was fine, My flooring is guaranteed for 10 years. It has been 2 years and I am having problems with it chipping out. When they were originally to come, I had a no-show for a consult without any correspondence from them to let me know they would not be there. Waited all day. Had numerous late times showing up but my main complaint is they are not returning my texts or phone calls. Since March I have called and texted at least 5-6 times since March of this year to be told they are working on it and they will get back to me and nothing. I am so disappointed with this local business. that I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. This contractor, I have been told, has gone back to Steamway so please if Jerry Stover is in charge, and you are a woman. Please think twice before having them do the work for you.

A burst water pipe caused extensive damage to floors, walls and other parts of a residential property. Chuck and Jerry were good to work with, responded quickly, and coordinated insurance and contractors to mitigate the damage, clean up the mess, and get the repairs done. AllClear made a difficult situation less difficult and got the job done right. Thank you!

Part of the cleaners left things undone, have to call and get them to come back to finish. Otherwise, great work on restoration after a fire. They try to get it right and I would use them for the complete project.

Another contractor poured the floor in my dog kennel. The ends were higher than the middle causing raw sewage to puddle. All Clear fixed that problem and advised me on a new sealing product for the floor.

All Clear cleaned my area rug and couch. They did a nice job. Both look like new again.

Very quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon! They jumped on the water clean up and set up to get us dried out and back to normal. We were very pleased with their work!

Everything was professional, beginning with the estimate and ending with the finished polished floors and cleanup. The technicians, Woody and Van went out of their way to explain the process and take the extra time to get the work completed properly.

We have used them for several years and are very happy with their service. Charles is conscientious and hard working.

The carpets were in very bad shape due to the fact that the house used to be a daycare, plus a very messy 3-year-old lives there now. The carpets look new again. What a difference All Clear made. Serviceman was on time and vey professional.

We have had this company clean the vents in our house along with carpeting. They do a tremendous job and are more reasonably than anyone else. Excellent results. Highly recommend.

These guys are GREAT! My very old carpet in a rental looks LIKE NEW! They are very PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL!! I RECOMMEND them to anyone and everyone.

I have 3 vents beneath cabinets and they do not have a tool to use to clean those vents.
