Had 1st company come out to bid, told us it all needed to be replaced. Mid Kansas came out, inspected, and said one section needed replacement, but the rest needed leveling. Accepted Mid Kansas bid. When Mid Kansas came out to do the work, they said it all needed to be replaced and quoted me a HIGHER price than the original company. Bait and Switch

Description of Work: They replaced the siding and installed new guttering. The work was done quickly and very well. Work was inspected with me before I paid the bill. Cost of the guttering was slightly higher than a competitor, but siding costs were slightly lower, so it all evened out.

This crew came out, listened to what was needed, and went to work. The whole hose was done in three and a half hours. Amazing. The two men worked quickly and professionally but were also friendly. We had previous problems with water overload and it rotting part of the house. He suggested how to reroute the outflow of the gutters which made a lot of sense. No change in cost. It looks perfect. Thank you so much.

On time....worked very quickly. Just couldn't say moree good things about them.
Description of Work: These guys were EXCELLENT...I had 3 bids. All were higher for same quality. They use the heavy gauge metal. plus I also got great aluminum gutters covers installed for the same price as the others bid for just the guttering. very fine men...they need a bonus. They weremvery motivated ..would not be afraid to have them inside and out of my house. Praise God there are still wonderful people like these to do business with....Large quad level house. Gutters and covers for 2600 Large gutters also.....

I was pleased with the service. They were very diligent workers. They didn't stop until it was done. It took maybe three hours to get all the guttering replaced on our home. It looked perfect. If they messed it up, they would tell me they messed it and do it again. My husband accidentally backed a UHaul into our front guttering. I called them and they said they would come out.
