Horrible! •Paid $2,435.66 on May 28th •Told manager we wanted a quote for privacy and chain link with and without a drive in gate. Gave us a quote for privacy and then said "Take about $800 off for chain link." and that was the end of the conversation. •Contractor came to measure and thought we were getting privacy after we told them chain link. (Lack of communication on stores part) •Went in to pay and order was wrong. Talked to store manager and he threw in two free gates. •Never heard from anybody because they forgot to have us fill out paperwork. •Suppose to be started on June 4th and 5th pushed back to June 16th and 17th •Forgot 2 walk in gates and all the hardware when delivered. (Personally picked up) •Worked for a few hours on June 19th set one post due to rain quit and never came back when done raining. •Worked till 6pm on Friday 27th and left one post unset told us they would be out Saturday to finish. (No Show) •Called contractor and he informed us they no longer work Saturdays. •Worked till 3:30pm on Monday June 30th and forgot another post, didn't cut post on north side and cap them, cut part of way through post on south side of house cut into siding of house and gutter. •Called store on June 30th at 3:30pm to find out why crew was leaving and contractor called back saying that they had to set a post and let in cure before they could do anything else. (Sounded rude) Told girlfriends mom that they would be back tomorrow July 1st gave no reason for leaving. •Called store manager told him what was going contractor suppose to come look June 30th once again no show. Called contractor and he got an attitude with us. •Contractor told us he "Guarantees the fence will be done July 1st.“ •Went in to store and talked to store manager twice in person on June 30th •Only gave us $600 back after our refund for all the problems and said that I agreed to the amount. Never talked to anybody about it.

I bought ceramic tile. The colors did not match and we had to have them fixed which slowed down the process of our project. They told us they would deliver the new tiles within 24 hours. It was 3 days before they showed up.
