We were very pleased with the installation. They finished it very well with a stained wooden window seat that matches the finish already on the wainscote paneling. There were three men who arrived about 7:30AM and left about 5PM. The pre-cast concrete with the ladder and the Pella Window with a plastic window-well cover looks like it will withstand the weather. They packed the earth down below the bottom of the window to help with possible settling issues. We got estimates from one other company. This company came in lower and was very confident of what they were doing. We live in a ranch style house that was built in the 1960s.

This company was excellent. They showed up on the scheduled date on time, and was done in one day. The install was a bit difficult being under a canopy, and they had to cut through a concrete patio. They finished the interior trim as well. This company belongs on the list of preferred providers. I would not hesitate to call them again.
