Arrived within a few hours of the call. Repaired pipe quickly (it was not within a wall and easy to access). Charged no extra for emergency call and told me "most plumbing calls are emergency calls". Repaired area has been working with no leaks for over 2 years. Polite and professional.

No call. No show. I took off work for a 8:00 am appointment. I called to remind him at 8:05. He said they would be on the way soon. I called them 10:30 am and was told that they would be here by lunch. I had my husband call at 1:30 and they said they had emergencies but would be coming soon. They never did show up or call to explain and reschedule. I missed the full day waiting. I am not sure why they blew us off we used them before and they were fine.

They were terrible. They didn't even show up to do the work. I talked to him and thought he was going to do a good job. My wife called him and he didn't show up for the appointment. I thought the quote was fair so I was going to go with him and then he pulled a no show with my wife.
