Description of Work: Warranty work on Tankless Water Heater. Very frustrating on the Tech. Support for this Water Heater for Dovel's to deal with, but in the end he was able to secure a new Water Heater and options for us to do in the near future to alleviate our problem. I would recommend Dovel's, and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: He serviced the air conditioner, getting it ready for a very long, hot summer. The bulk of the cost was about 12 pounds of coolant!
