+ -1 moreDecker Mattison technician showed up on time, but told us that the issue was with insufficient water flowing through the system. Told us that the issue should be handled by a plumber. Since then, we've had *two* separate plumbers visit our home, both of which said that it's an issue with the air conditioner (condenser) simply being old. Seems like Decker just wanted to give a cop-out answer rather than suggest the system be replaced. In the end, we got the run-around, and the issue still hasn't been fixed.
Description of Work: Needed inspection of geothermal air conditioning unit that kept shutting off.

Description of Work: They replaced my furnace. They did not respond to phone calls or emails. When they did come they were not prepared. One tech left to go on another job and my husband had to help the other tech put the furnace in place. He worked for about an hour with the tech. Job was messy and sloppily put together.

+ -1 moreThey were really busy when I called and said that they would have to do some after hours work if I wanted it done, but they ended up working my in during the day in the next couple days. They took care of it really fast and didn't charge me any extra. It was definitely a good experience.
