Description of Work: Agreement was to install a new heat pump/air conditioner. Didn't install the heat back-up system so the following winter had to spend another $500 to have another company install it. Told me he wanted a check and then he would send me the invoice. Like an idiot, I paid him and never saw the invoice. Called him numerous times concerning units inability to warm house during cold spell (no heat back-up system) and never returned my call.
