BELL PEST CONTROL

It was horrible. They said they would be there 8-12 on Monday. They never showed or called me. I had someone there waiting on them since this is a rental house. I finally called them in the afternoon and their response was we decided not to since it might rain and we figured you would call us back. I rescheduled for the next day at 9. I said I would have someone there at 9 to let them in. They showed up at 815 and demanded my renter pay them. I called them and he was very rude. Said he needed paid now! I said you said you would be there at 9 and my maintenance guy would be there at 9. He said, well I am here now and I want paid now. I tried to further talk to him and he said he didn’t have time to talk to me he was spraying and I had better get over there with the money! I told him I would never use him again for any of my rent houses. He was the owner of the company.
