Description of Work: Gas furnace would not go on. Malen was very thorough in checking everything to pinpoint the problem resulting in it being repaired correctly the first time (instead of the usual "it's this...no, this...or this...). Good experience, personable guy. BTW: lastname is pronounced "Kane"
