He will take your idea and offer suggestions on how to make it better i.e. when we called him on our bathroom remodel. He is very polite, loves dogs (which is a plus for us) and has the most fair prices we have come across. I suggest him to all my friends. Great response time and always fits us in a schedule that works for us. I would give higher than an A if I could. I've never had a service provider this reliable."
