 + -1 moreI was greeted when I walked into the store. The man at the counter was experienced in customer service. I was told an estimate would be given before repairs were started. That same day a price of $40 was estimated for repairs. That price was good for me, i told him to proceed with the repairs. I was informed by phone the next day that the mower was fixed, it came in under the price originally quoted.
Description of Work: My push mower wouldn't start. They looked at it and gave me a price for repairs. The mower now starts on the first pull.

 + -1 moreProvides an excellent service and would recommend to anyone needing something sharpened. We are a commercial cabinet maker so our tooling needs to be sharp to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality. Our prior sharpening provider was raising prices and quality had degraded to the point that it was no longer cost effective to use. The Grind won our business with an exceptional service at a more affordable rate.
