 + 4 moreThey've always been been punctual and courteous, they work hard and are really good at cleaning the yard up and getting it into shape. Their prices are fair and I've always been very happy with their work.
Description of Work: I've used them for years on all my yard work and they do a great job. They've put in my lawn and sprinkler system and a patio of paving stones. They've trimmed back my trees and mowed as well as cleaning up all the weeds out of my mulched areas (they pulled the weeds out by hand and took them away). I had them create several landscaped areas with rock as well as mulch with weed barriers under them, they periodically remulch a large area for me requiring a lot of wheelbarrow loads.

 + 0 moreI am pretty sure it was about $300. to have a 30 ft. tall bushy tree cut down. A storm split it in two, and 1/2 landed in the neighbors yard. I had them grind the stump down too. They were very fast, and worked safely
Description of Work: The crew came out and they cut limbs off and took the tree down and hauled it away. Then they ground the stump down to be level with the ground.

My only complaint is that during the jump in gas prices to over $4/gal. during the summer of 2008, they added a $3.50 "fuel charge" to my pre-negotiated price of $35 per mowing. I'm sure the gas price rise hit them hard and I would have agreed to an increase, but they did not send out a notice or contact me about any increase ahead of time--it just showed up on the bill. I consider that very poor business practice and unacceptable customer relations.
Description of Work: Weekly mowing and edging of my approx. 9,000 sq. ft. lawn (front and back yard) of native grass during the summer of 2008 based upon a verbal agreement.
