The customer who left the 2009 review was incredibly happy with until I had the people I partnered with showed up to install. This guy went crazy because they were all Latino. This guy was racist. He had some choice words for me and was so mad because he didn’t want them “choice words” in his house. He also didn’t pay, but I took him to court and won.. so he decided to write this review. I have a long list of satisfied customers, all of which weren’t racist.

It took nearly 2 months longer than promised to get the countertops delivered. When they finally did arrive, I was not satisfied with the fabrication and stated such before the countertops were installed. Colorado Marble & Granite installed the tops anyway, breaking my sink in the process. During the fabrication process, the granite was badly damaged and simply patched and filled in to cover the damage. One corner was broken off approximately 6" and was "glued" back on and quite frankly, looks horrendous. Another spot along where they fabricated the edge there is a bad crack which goes entirely through the granite and will most likely eventually fall out. Then there is the area where they went against the edge grain, as this is a directional specimen, and there are more than 18 broken out an chipped areas that had been patched in. After letting Ann know how unhappy and dissatisfied I was with the work, she agreed to replace two pieces of granite, replace the sink, and "clean up" the patched areas. They were also to seal the granite as was part of the original agreement. Ann later emailed me saying that she had changed her mind and they would NOT be returning to finish the job. I ended up with an incomplete and incompetent granite job of $100 per square foot granite. Travis Rozean was there only to measure up the granite job, and showed up for about 30 minutes when the installers from Colorado Marble & Granite came to do the installation. He is simply a "middleman" for Colorado Marble & Granite. Whenever I discussed price or my dissatisfaction with the job, everything had to go through Ann Browning at Colorado Marble & Granite. Travis did not stand behind the work performed and rather than even complete the job, which they never did, he instead threatened with a mechanics lien on my property.
