Poor experience with the company. They charged $350 for 3 shingles, did the work without providing an estimate, completed the work on a day not agreed upon, and then when sent checks for the work didn't cash them which resulted in them charging "finance fees." Overall scam of a company.

They were very good and I would recommend them.

I called to get pricing on the dumpster rental and talked to a guy who gave me details and pricing. I don't remember the prices for sure, but from what I was told there was a flat rate for the dumpster plus mileage. I after doing some calculation I determined that Roofmasters was going to be the cheapest from what I had been told. I arranged for the dumpster to be delivered and set up a time when I would be able to get off work, the dumpster was delivered 3 hours late causing me to have to take more time off work. After I was finished filling the dumpster I called for it to be picked up. I was given a date that it would picked up and it sat there for almost a week past that date. Up to this point the experience hadn't been too bad until I received the bill for it. I was charged for the rental and for the mileage like I had been told I would, but on top of that there was a disposal fee that I was not informed that I would have to pay. I then called asking about the extra approximately $300.00 dollar fee and the man who I talked was very rude too me and basically called me a liar and that I was notified of the fee I just didn't pay attention. I ended up paying the bill because I'm not one to stir up any thing plus all I had was my word against his. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent a roll off dumpster.
