Very well Installed sheet rock, ceramic tile, toilet, vanity and sink

Arrived and completed in one day as promised. Conscientiousness was shown in every avenue of their work from start to finish, including cleaning up!!

It was great they came over and installed the ceiling fan in my front room had a few problems with my ceiling and electrical (old house) but they were able to get more help and got it installed. Did a fantastic job on getting the old tub surround out and replacing the wall and plumbing for a shower. Really like the lights they installed in my basement and all my new outlets. Replaced the water connections to the washer. I was not home when they did the lights in the basement so they were on their own as to what they thought would work best for me. Steve picked the best lights i could of asked for. Very fast in their work. Very cautious in not making too big of a mess. Laid tarps down and covered the vent Then to top everything off they had my house cleaned from all of the dust and everything. I have had work done in my old house and never has anyone cleaned up the mess they made. Great team!! I am having them do more work for me.

First of all, the price was much higher than the initial estimate. Which they neglected to tell us as the project was being done. Not to mention the fact that they were very messy and left tools at our house, which added to the chaos after the job was done. They did complete the job, but they also forgot to glue one of the pipe connections. This allowed for a leak to go unnoticed for a few days. I would not recommend this company. Unfortunately they are the installers for Home Depot in Hays. So, I would highly recommend finding a different company. They charge way too much for work that is bare minimum.

We purchased a counter top from Home Depot of Hays, Ks. they sub the install work to RPM in our area. Our RPM service rep tracked in mud from his shoes on the first visit for estimate. We should have known then that this wasn't going to go well. He measured and left with the idea that he would return in a couple weeks to install the new tops. The countertop was actually built by a company called Counter Top Trends LLC of Gridley KS. Another misteak. The tops took a month to complete and show up, which wouldn't be a problem if two weeks wasn't promised. I don't recall how many phone calls I had to make to track down the tops but it was numerous. Very frustrating! Finally the install day arrives and for the most part was installed as planned. It took a couple days. On day two we were asked to look things over and indicated if any problems. We selected a very dark formica material, so deffects were not obvious at first. In time as the lighting in our kitchen changed, some defects did in fact show up. The most troubling part of these defects is that they were obviously covered up with a dark caluking material. I contacted our service man and asked him about this. He said he didn't know about it - must have been his hired hand. He did offer to come out and fix it but we didn't want another visit from someone who couldn't do the job right the first time. Our kitchen window trim had to be removed during the install - it was put back with numerous fill holes - filled with the wrong color wood fill - nails sticking out too! They were not very friendly during the install.
