I bought a 30-year-old ranch style house in 2011 and needed to remodel the master bedroom, master bathroom and part of the kitchen, plus the installation of two egress windows in the basement. The president of the company re-designed my bedrooom and bathroom, and he gave me detailed estimate, letting me choose the items I'd like them to work on. The negotiation process was very pleasant and I felt confident to have them work on my new home. The superintendent was very polite and trustworthy: he kept me updated about how everything was going. They kept the job sites organized and clean before they took off every evening. Now my basement is bright and welcoming. The master bedroom and bathroom have been transformed into a modern and comfortable sanctuary. The title work is beautiful. The kitchen area has a new sink and faucet, new ceiling and lightings. It was amazing to see that the total cost was within my humble budget for so many jobs well done. As a new comer to this town, I was very lucky to find a company that is trustworthy, reliable, and professional. Commercial Builders is also responsible for building the Robbins Center at Fort Hays State University and the Welcome Center in Hays. I highly recommend this company for both residential and commercial projects.
