 + -1 moreThe service provider was willing to travel a distance to anywhere in central Kansas. The installer was very experienced and the work was done very carefully. There were some errors that were made but the errors made were due to the communication issue with the subcontractor and the service provider.
Description of Work: New LVT flooring installed.

Description of Work: Horrible experience. No written estimate was given- then adding costs on after the fact. The work was half-finished and it was only through unrelenting insistence that further work was done . It was still necessary to have another contractor actually come to the house and complete what needed to be finished. BEWARE!!

 + -1 moreI have never bought floor covering before, so this was all new to me! They had Michelle who helped me match what carpet would look good with the paneling I have. They also helped me pick out laminate flooring for the kitchen.Al, was AMAZING! He will tell you all of your options, and expalin what the differences are between the different types of floor coveings available. Since I was a rookie at this, he helped me tremendously! They said it would be installed within 2 weeks and they did it on time! I am pleased and would use them again!
Description of Work: They put carpeting in the dining room, living room and one bedroom. They installed laminate flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and entry way. The quality of work was very good! Everything looks professional and I would definitely use them again!
