My garage door spring snapped last night and I was referred to this place. I left a message on their machine the night before asking for a call back. When I never received a call back I call them instead. He knew who I was and why I was calling but never bothered to call me. He then told me he would see what his boys were up to today and see if they could get to me. I'm a mom of two living by myself and a full time student. I couldn't get out of my garage to get to school today. Its now three pm, I've had someone else from an hour away come and go with a fixed garage door and still haven't heard from this company. Thanks for not helping guys!
