+ -1 moreI have had a horrible experience with American Alarm systems. My alarm system was disconnected because I couldn’t get service or updated system. It has been over a year since I canceled my service. I even had to send a registered certified letter to cancel which was never picked up and was returned to me. They continue to attempt to collect from my bank account and I have to report it as fraud. When I called I was told the bank would refund it if I reported it. I have done this twice but they continue to attempt to run it every quarter. Very unprofessional and difficult to get any cooperation. I wouldn’t even give them a star !

+ -1 moreWe cancelled our monitoring service with this company over two years ago. They continue to bill us. I have called over 20 times, emailed, and even stopped by their office. Nobody ever responds. You would think that going in to their office and talking to someone in person would get a response. Nope. The owner never calls back and they are continuing to bill us. Imagine if we were relying on them to protect us, if something happened nobody would ever respond. This is the worst alarm company I have ever dealt with.

Description of Work: He installed a security system for us in our business. We Stopped using his company 2 years ago. When his equipment was removed the monitoring company didn't even call to see what was wrong. He still bills me for monitoring. We put in writing and have call 16 times in 2 years to stop billing us. The owner never calls back. He is a joke.
