+ -1 moreSpoke with someone about my questions and they answered them thoroughly. We have been with Craw-Kan for at least 20 years and have always had good service with them. We have our phone and internet with them. Phone service has always been good and internet has been excellent. Most people who come over and want to use out internet comment on how fast it is. Whenever we have had a problem or needed them to come out and check the DSL box or replace a cable or anything, they have been courteous and professional. Internet help desk is very helpful, and phone customer service is very helpful and courteous as well.

+ 0 moreThey are a good company; they are small but they're good at what they do. They're doing the fiber optics to the homes now but we live too far out. I get the DSL for my computer. Unfortunately my computer is down now so I don't use it right now. They are very helpful; there were a lot of times when I called in and we would fix it over the line. Although we don't have any choice of carriers, I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Our telephone and internet is with Craw-Kan. When my computer is up and running, my phone and internet bill is $125 a month. When it is just telephone, it runs $75 a month.
