AVOID. This man is the worst kind. He charged for work that was not done. He was contracted to enclose my porch and fix the back corner foundation. He over purchased supplies such as siding, interior wood for walls, caulking and etc. When I demanded he return them he brought a couple of "token" items. My only recourse would have been small claims court but that is pointless. You win in court but they never pay and no one enforces the verdict. I later discovered the extra supplies were used to improve his own home. My floors over the foundation he fixed have dropped up to 3 inches in about 4 years. Upon close inspection of work done I was told it was pretty much "rigged" all over. This man is despicable. He preys upon women especially older ones who do not know if the work is shoddy or not.
Description of Work: Enclosure of front porch of three walls. Addition of 4 electrical outlets, 6 windows and 1 door (I bought separately). Remove back corner of foundation and replace cinder blocks, jack up and install supports for floor along 1/2 of west side of house.
