Arens Land Clearing

Lets try this again as my review did not show up 5/20/14. Dana Arens is one of the most professional contractors we have ever had the pleasure dealing with. He showed up when he said he would and stayed until the job was done. He is very easy to work with, he listens to what you want and he has extreme knowledge of his clearing capabilities. He has knowledgeable suggestions which have proven to be very valuable to our clearing experience. We inherited the land that he has cleared which our goal is to bring the grass back to where it was years ago. K-State has found 126 different species of grasses and plants on this property which made it even more important not to damage the land. This land that Dana cleared was extreme, rough, and tough to clear. He did a wonderful job. We give him a triple A rating and recommend him to anyone. We are proud of the job he has done and would love to show anyone his work.

We are so satisfied with the professionalism of Danas work. He showed up when he said he would and the work that he performed each day was mind boggling to how much he could do. He is an extreme pleasure to have as a contractor. He listened to what we wanted done . Dana gave recommendations that proved to be very valuable to our property. This land was handed down to us to maintain and preserve.. We know that our loved one is looking down and seeing what used to be. Dana will always be the contractor to go to and we will sing his praises, give him the highest recommendation to any one and we are very proud to show off his work .

This machine is better than a dozer as it doesn't tear up the ground. I have had dozer work done in the past and had a lot of clean up. It's better than a skitsdeer because it can handle any size tree and doesn't take as long.I am very very happy. Now I can put in the fence row I have needed to put in for a long while. He also pushes the trees out of the way so that you can burn them or cut them up for lumber. Very professional ,clean and speedy.
