Our experience with her has been very well and we are still using her services. She is very reliable and she does a good job. She is very honest as well.

She showed up on time and got right to work and cleaned for 2-3 hours. She does excellent work and I look forward to using her services again.

She was on time and pleasant. The main problem I had was that she wasn't specific on what items she would clean and with what frequency. She simply said ''I do pretty much everything'' or something to that effect. I had to ask a lot of questions to determine just what she did clean and did not clean, and with what frequency she cleaned certain items. This got me concerned as to whether she would be thorough on the job. I was impressed that she seems familiar with cleaning pet hair (pet hair is my number one concern); she stated there is a purple ''Dyson'' that is supposed to be for pet hair but actually doesn't do a good job on pet hair; stated she has a different Dyson which is excellent on pet hair. Although her price is less expensive than some others, I was concerned about thoroughness simply because she did not sell herself well.

Rachel came during a snow storm, and was a little late, but called from car to tell me the traffic was backed up. She is very polite and her pricing was right in line.
