Moving Experts

Description of Work: I had been communicating about my move since March 1, 2016. The company owner came to my house to survey all of the boxes and furniture I had to move in my house. He told me he would be able to make the move on for me starting at 8 AM on Friday March 25, 2016. On March 24, 2016 the night before the move I texted him to say are we still confirmed for tomorrow. He tells me yes I will be there at 9 AM. I text back and asked we agreed on 8 AM, why 9 AM? He then proceeded to text me back "Go ahead and find somebody else I think it is getting a little rough over here, I hate the world with stress". I text what does that mean and he never returned any of my texts. The night before my move I had to scramble to try and find another moving company and truck on good Friday. I can't believe someone would be that unprofessional.

Description of Work: Moving Experts moved an large, heavy and bulky furniture item for me that I purchased at an estate sale. They picked up the item at the sale location, wrapped it in blankets to prevent any damage and delivered delivered it to our house. Once the room where the new piece was going to be located was painted, they returned to relocate the piece upstairs. Once again, they wrapped the piece in blankets and ensured that there was no damage to the piece or our home.
