It went great. He covered all surfaces with plastic and paper and took time to talk to me to make sure I was happy. He was clean and the work reflected his attention to detail.

Excellent! Joe's quote was very competitive. No deposit required; payment at end of project. Started on quoted date, finished on quoted date. Arrived between 8:00 and 8:15 each day and was usually gone by 2:30. Fantastic workmanship; Joe does everything himself instead of farming it out to a crew or subcontractor. Extremely careful with tarps and masking to prevent damage. Very systematic in his approach with no wasted motion or time. Finished work is beautiful. Two neighbors are already arranging for Joe to paint their cabinets and we would confidently recommend him to anyone.

Joe did an excellent job painting out kitchen cabinets. We are so pleased we had them professionally done. They look fabulous. It feels like we're walking into a kitchen with brand new cabinets. The finish is perfect and our kitchen was left in excellent condition. Communication was great. All emails, texts and notes were responded to. He was on time and very easy to work with. He is also reasonably priced. I've already recommended him to friends and family.

Joe was very professional, he took great care to protect everything including his path into the kitchen. He warned us to be careful with the cabinets due to the thick coat of paint applied. We waited a full week to put things away due to the paint feeling soft. It seemed to take almost a month for the cabinets to fully cure. We have a couple of small spots where the paint needs touch up due to the drying time but should be no big deal to touch up. Joe had also told us he would come back to touch up if needed. The only thing I wish we would have done differently is to have smoothed some of the rough edges on the old cabinets before Joe painted them. We did have about 3 different people come by to give estimates and Joe gave us the best price but also seemed to have the best plan. Our cabinets look great!

I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the course of 34 years of home ownership in 3 different states. Joe Fletcher ranks right up there in the top 1% - 3% of all contractors we have ever dealt with. We didn't know him or anything about him prior to this job, but we hope to have him assist us in the future.

I have to mute my review a bit because it's so good, it's going to sound fake. Joe did an unbelievable job. He showed up on time, he finished on time, he was extremely professional, and super competitive on his price. I think what really made me feel the best about Joe was the fact that he really treated the house like it was his own. He fussed over the small details, was meticulous in keeping the area around where he was working protected from getting paint on it, and made sure that the trim, walls, floor, everything, was nicer than when he left. He even swept out the garage when he was done. Joe is a can't miss hire. I will NEVER hire a different person to paint cabinets for either rentals or my residence. He's that good.

I called Joe Fletcher painting asking to do estimate for Kitchen Cabinet restoration and the answer was we are busy till September. When I said I could wait till September but still would like to have estimate done he said "Have a good day" End of story.....

Joe did a terrific job on our kitchen cabinets. We wanted an alternative to the dated honey oak cabinets. We decided to paint them white. I love the way our kitchen is clean, crisp and updated! Joe did a great job from start to finish. He even painted the inside of the cabinets (which most contractors do not do). He was reliable and did the work agreed upon. I would recommend him and hope to use him again for another project soon.

Joe responded to our estimate request in a timely manner. In fact, he was the first to respond to our request. He provided us with a competitive quote in writing. Joe arrived as scheduled and completed the project in the time frame that he had promised. We added a few extra items that and he included the extra work at a reasonable price. Joe and his son Kevin did the work themselves. They carefully masked off the work area and did a quality job. He was able to finish the cabinets in the color that we wanted. We were very impressed with the quality of the work performed and we plan on using him again in the future.

Joe has done everything to our satisfaction. The last thing he did was painting cabinets in our kitchen. We had planned to replace the cabinets, but ran out of time before the holidays, so decided to have them painted before all our family came. (We had done other kitchen improvements prior). Joe did such a nice job of painting the cabinets, we have decided not to replace them at this time. Will definitely use his services again.

Joe and his crew were outstanding. From start to finish I couldn't have ask for a better job and people to work with. Joe was quick to respond and give me a quote. He put me on his schedule and communicated to me what date he could do the job and how long it would take. I provided to him the paint samples of the paint I wanted (I made a mistake on the paint codes and Joe was kind enough to fix it for me at the paint shop) and he and his crew showed up on time and did all 3 bedrooms with the colors that we requested. The job was fantastic. Its like a magician painted the rooms because there is not one speck of paint on the ceiling, furniture, or carpet. The trip was kept in great shape too with no paint on it. These rooms look brand new. I couldn't of asked for a better job. Thanks Joe. I will be referring you to my friends as well as be using you again. Great price too. From the estimate to the end of the job, Joe was professional, timely and did what he said he would do - which was to give us cabinets that looked like they came from the factory painted that way! Joe responded to all my questions in advance and kept us up to date if anything needed to change. I was really appreciative of his kind way and respectfulness. Joe's work is top notch and all the painstaking efforts he took to set up the job well and protect all angles of our home were noticed and VERY appreciated! In the end, our house was spotless and the cabinets were perfect! Joe's Method: Tape EVERY inch of the kitchen to protect our belongings, appliances, surfaces, floors Even tape off his work area in the garage to protect our garage! Then prime & paint (with a high quality sprayer and paint) every inch of the cabinets/doors/insides, etc. He was careful to label everything and put everything back the way it went. His price is very competitive and so I was so pleased that the work looked like it came from the top price bidder! I am SO glad we chose Joe and as a result we are having him back to do more work! It was him and his son and they were wonderful. He was just a really nice guy. He was very thorough. He did a great job. He wasn't the cheapest, he wasn't the most expensive, but he was the most thorough. I've already hired them. He's supposed to be coming out and doing something if he can work me in. He's really busy. He was wonderful. I've already given his number to several people.

Canceled on us because we called him to find an estimated day of arrival I left 2 voicemails this morning...my husband tried calling him no Communication from Joe. I tried again this evening NO ANSWER!! Now he calls and said he's canceling on us.

If I could give Joe an A+ I would! He and his son did an amazing job painting our kitchen cabinets, he told me they would look like brand new and they are beautiful! Joe has the process down to a science and takes a great deal of pride in his work. Additionally, he was easy to communicate with regarding all aspects of the job and very reliable. I have already recommended him to some of my neighbors, I told them if he is booked out he is well worth the wait!

This was my first experience with an Angie's List provider so I have to say I'm rather disappointed. UPDATE: Update to my review of 2-25-2014. After our telephone miscommunication, Joe did contact me to let me know that we had a misunderstanding about the date of the appointment. He thought I hung up on him; I thought he hung up on me and we both decided to give it a second chance and go ahead and meet on March 4th. He was very prompt and helpful in discussing my project and followed through with an estimate by e-mail that evening. I'm not sure why the estimate did not include another part of the project that we had talked about in some detail (repainting kitchen walls and trim). His pricing was fair and comparable to other bids but ultimately I went elsewhere since he was booked up through the end of April.
