We met James Hensley when he came out to our home for an estimate. After chatting with him briefly he told us he'd already done some preliminary research on our home (it was built in 1905). He viewed and took pictures of the two spaces we wanted insulation AND looked at an area in our basement none of the other 3 companies who provided us estimates even assessed. James and his team members took the time to speak with us about what we wanted for our home, and addressed our concerns about foam insulation. James has provided us with additional recommendations for other work we need done before we can have our insulation installed. We're impressed with and sincerely appreciate the effort they put into providing us with a thorough assessment and recommendations for our home. James has gone above and beyond for us and has not made us feel as if we needed to make a decision on the spot. iFoam has exceeded our expectations with their sincere customer service. This is our first home, and we've had some great and not so great experiences throughout our home updating process. Our experience so far iFoam and James have been one of the best experiences we've had. We feel our investment with iFoam will provide us with a comfortable, well insulated home we'll enjoy for many years. I made the decision to join the iFOAM team, after having been in sales in other industries (roofing/doors,windows,trim/etc). Coming from someone who has been around the block, I can not say enough good things about the owners. They truly put a proper plan together and have equipped us to be a step ahead of the competition. Scott and his team at iFoam were professional beginning with the quote process all the way to the day of installation. I had spray foam installed in the attic of my 80+ year old house and it needed a serious upgrade! James and Scott were readily available to answer all of the additional questions I had after receiving my quote up until the installation day and provided excellent customer service! I would recommend and use iFoam again.

These guys are the real deal! I had iFoam come out to take a comprehensive look at the insulating needs for my house. They sent an efficient and friendly crew out to give me all the information I needed to make a decision. iFoam was not trying to sell me anything, they were invested in trying to find that best and most cost effective solution to my needs. I hired them to do spray-foam insulation in my basement and crawl space and they did a great job. Everything was carefully planned and they triple checked with me before they made any big decisions that could effect my basement or drywall. I would (and plan to) work with iFoam for my next project. Prompt, professional, affordable, and knowledgeable.
