Customized Holiday Lighting

We found Jeff very hard to work with, as we tried to stay within the timeline of our HOA. He wanted to install the lights in Oct. and that was not acceptable with our HOA. We asked for them to be installed by Nov. 15, and they did not get installed until the day before Thanksgiving. We also needed them to be removed by January 15th. They are still not removed, and it is Feb. 1st. There have been several days in the 50s since the beginning of the year that they could have been removed. We are very disappointed that we were not able to work with this contractor. We will be discontinuing our service with him.

Said what he would do and then did what he said.

Call this company two days no one answer and return the call. The misunderstanding about light should go top of house , cannot keep all the light but the we paid for those light is not fair for us.

Jeff and his wife (didn't catch her name) were easy to communicate with, prompt, professional, courteous, and did a great job with the lights on our house. I have already recommended them to friends at work.

Very professional, prompt and efficient. Just needed him to remove lights that another installer put up (and didn't return to remove, after being prepaid to do so - DON'T use Jeremy @ 913-406-6426). I would hire Customized Holiday Lighting again due to his great service.

Jeff did an amazing job, his price point I'd say is right on for the quality of work he delivered. We have had many comments on our holiday lights such as "wow! they are so straight and perfect and beautiful!" he suggested clear and red, and he was right--they are stunning. Called me back right away, came out on time, and did a great job! I'd give him 5 stars it was a quick service and the neighbors have even commented on the lights he put up. He was a little pricey however...
