Stranger things have happened. They came out to do preventative maintenance service and when they were done, the AC wasn't working in my apartment when before they showed up it was working fine. All in all, they came back out the very next morning and better explained and helped me understand the issues that were at hand. Long story short, they were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They know their stuff!

This was a time of the month when the outdoor temps were in the upper 90's and the serviceman was here within 2 days.

We have just been really happy with them. They are very professional, they call ahead, and they don’t keep you waiting all day because they are punctual. They did a really good job. Their prices are pretty competitive, especially because they had to do the duct work in addition to installing the system. He really took the time to decide where the air ducts and returns would go, and he made sure that the air would go in the closets so you wouldn’t see it.

Work was completed on-schedule by friendly staff at a HUGE savings to the alternatives. The system works great for the past year and they even drop by new filters with no delivery charge (we live out in the boonies)! I recommended them to a friend who just needed a flakey system troubleshot, and they came out right away and quickly determined that the problem was just a bad thermostat. No gimmicks or up-sales. Top notch small-town folks providing exceptional service at an exceptional price. Although based in Garden Plain, they service West Wichita, Goddard, and surrounding communities.
