We put a bid on a house that needed remodeled with the agreement that we could have some say in how the house was finished. The house took months and months to finish as he was never there and went on vacation several times while we were waiting. After we moved into the house, we found leaks in our windows and plumbing that he was supposed to come back and fix and never did. Whole sections of shingles came off of our roof, that he said he would have people come to fix...they never did. The roofing and construction of our garage has left gaps between the walls and then roof and sunlight can be seen between the two. We paid to have drywall hung in our unfinished basement for an extra cost. He had the drywall hung to cover up that two vents were not connected to the trunk line of our central heat/air. We tried many times to contact him to fix these problems as we had purchased a home warranty, but he never would return our calls and didn't honor the warranty.
