Description of Work: I purchased wood flooring which included installation. The flooring installation was scheduled and started on time, however the job has not been completed yet. It has been over 5 weeks and I am still waiting for them to come back to finish trimming around the fireplace, replace a threshold that was cut to short and fix some of the flooring that has pulled apart. I have called and spoke with the owner and wrote a note on the invoice concerning this, but I am still waiting!! Not happy with this situation at this point!!

 + 0 moreWe needed flooring in our kitchen, family room and entry. Purchased tile for the entry and kitchen and wood for the family room. Sales people were very helpful in making our selection with recommendations. The installer went the extra mile and replaced any sub floor wood as needed, earlier leaking water tank and sub floor needed replaced. This one one of the few times we have had work on our house done and the company did what they promised! I would recommend this company without hesitation!
Description of Work: Very helpful when selecting the tile and wood flooring we purchased. The installation went well, installer was puntual and paid close attention to detail. Their prices may have been a bit more but when you purchase the flooring their employed installers do the work- the installation is not contracted out.
