+ -1 moreIt didn't cost anything as it was under warranty. We bought our furnace from him, so he works on it. I like him and even if I didn't, I would have to use him. He is good, and he came out on new years day. He takes good care of us.
Description of Work: I use Norris. I last used him on new years day. He repaired the furnace, it wasn't working.
