Air by Knight offered a Groupon for an AC system inspection and cleaning. We haven't had anyone look at the system in over 5 years so thought it was time to do so. Air by Knight was easy to schedule with and arrived on time. He took the time to show me some parts of the system I wasn't familiar with, cleaned the filter, spent a good amount of time cleaning the coils on the AC unit and checking everything out. I was prepared for a sales pitch or talk of some issues but he said everything checked out well. He also gave me some tips on better thermostat settings for my system. I was very impressed with their professional manner and service. Next time I need heating or AC work I will definitely call Air by Knight.

Technician found bad component and tested it to show me how the meter read the bad condition. He also located a leaking valve and I elected to have it replaced. Overall a very professional experience and a company I will use again in the future.
