SERVICEMASTER CLEAN

Description of Work: I had the City sewer line back up into my basement late at night, maybe 1in of water or so, I called service master per my Farmers Insurance Agents recomendation at about 6am on tuesday, they showed up around 9am and walked through the basement and told me that they would have it taken care of in a couple hours. 4 hours later the supervisor showed up and walk through the sewage then through my living room trashing my white carpet. He was rude and didnt explain anything that was going just that its was really bad and repeatedly told me that my "whole house sticks like sewage now" but never told me how he would fix it. When i finally went down stairs to check on things they had removed my trim and sheetrock in almost every room. I promtly kicked them out of my house for tearing walls down, one without telling me and two for no logical reason. I called another company(Stovers Restoration) they showed up in less than one hour and cleaned the mess up quickly and even steam cleaned the carpet that was stain by service master. The explained that the shettrock did have to come out as far up as the water had wicked, wich was about 6 inches, NOT 8 feet. To top it off Service Master still sent me a bill for almost $1500 for doing nothing but screwing up my basment. I WILL be fighting them in court. I will NEVER call out service master again I dont care what my insurance says!!!!!

Description of Work: After our basement flooded with city sewage, they brought dehumidifiers and fans to dry the basement while the sewer was being repaired.
