Description of Work: Patrick was our realtor for the purchase of our home a year ago, as well as this year when we needed to quickly resell unexpectedly. For the purchase of the home he was thorough and complete, and listened well to our needs and wants, which was important as we had to make a quick decision (one day trip to town in which to see homes and make a choice). He helped us every step of the way to a quick close, and was enormously helpful in connecting us with top-notch professionals for any services we needed (electrician, plumber, kitchen remodeler) after the close. He was honest with us about the market in our area when it came time to sell, and helped us with everything from timing for going on the market to preparing to rent the house if necessary. Ultimately Patrick helped us sell our house in a very difficult market, and we could not have been more pleased with his services. I would recommend him to anyone.
